I don’t know about you but I know that I am somewhat of a miser! Yes, I don’t mind admitting I am one for frugal living and find great solace in nabbing bargain or reusing what I have until it is in tatters. Deep down we all like to save a penny here and there, but have you ever thought about how you can cut costs at your own funeral!

I was doing a little online window shopping and came upon Nigel’s Eco Store which stocked these very beautiful but slightly morbid products

Ecopod Recycled and Biodegradable Coffin - gold

These coffins are known as “The Ecopod” which are a revolutionary design in coffins made from naturally hardened, 100% recycled paper. Nice hey! It actually looks so very glam compared to the normal style coffin we are used to. I much prefer something like this than the big brown box!

They also have a range of beautiful acorn shaped urns as well. I hate to say it, but these are cute and would look lovely on a mantle. Maybe use as a cookie jar if you are interested in pre-purchasing!
