Bendigo Bank in Australia has always been innovative.  They were the first to go BACK into rural communities and open small shopfront banks accessible to remote areas so kudos to them for saving people barrels of oil wasted on travel.

Now they have a ‘Green’ push and I would like to think it will work, even though they are not the tiny niche bank any more.

    Thanks for sharing the link, I hadn’t heard about their new stuff yet. They’ve had a green personal loans program for a while, I’m glad it’s been successful enough for them to expand it to home loans and businesses too.
