Sydney’s Greenhouse by Joost

Joost Bakker has a new Greenhouse by Joost temporary restaurant in Sydney, Australia! If you don’t know what this is then read on as this is a great testament to the thinking outside the proverbial box!

The Greenhouse is built using used shipping containers, packing crates, hay bale insulation, it collects its own water and recycles its own waste! The rooftop garden grows its own herbs and vegetables. The generator runs on cooking oils and all the fittings, fixtures and furniture is all made from recycled, recyclable materials.

Now we have a wonderful short film to watch about GREENHOUSE by JOOST! It is only 5 mins long and shows the process of the Greenhouse. The pop up restaurant is in Sydney for a few more weeks, and it is also in Melbourne and Perth!
