Looking for a tasty snack that is also a raw food recipe; then look no more! We bring you Apricot, Date and Almond Balls

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup almond
- 2/3 cup medjool dates
- 1/3 cup apricot
- 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
For dusting (optional)
- ground pistachio
- cocoa or carob powder
- desiccated coconut
Method
In a food processor, pulse all the ingredients until combined into a paste and roll into balls. Roll the balls into the dusting.
Store in the fridge.
