Café de Capomo – a traditional Mayan drink – Yum!

I just had my first Café de Capomo at the Puerto Vallarta Farmers’ Market which had its last day yesterday. Closes for summer which is a shame! But that gives the stallholders time to bottle, craft, cook etc. for next season.

For a Full Belly, Drink More Tea, FAO Says

In a recently published report, the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations stated that tea prices have reached an “unprecedented high.”  Traditional import markets in developed countries are almost at full capacity, but markets in tea producing countries, including Kenya and United Republic of Tanzania, are largely untapped.

Teabags – replace the over-engineered cuppa with great-tasting billy tea.

If you replace your teabags with leaf tea, a teapot or a tea ball/tea infuser, you will save many dollars and it is more ecological to cut out the bleached bags, staples and paper required in a teabag.
